It’s a familiar and common struggle — when that inner voice keeps telling you, “I’m not enough,” it can be hard to shake off.

We all have moments of doubt, but they don’t define your true worth.

In this Monday Mail, we’ll look at simple ways to let go of that limiting belief and learn to lean into your true abilities.

You are capable, worthy, and ready to shine.

1. Focus on Your Strengths

Take a moment to think about what you’ve achieved in life. Create a list of your skills, wins, and all the nice things people have said about you. This helps you see your value and boosts your confidence.

2. Develop new skills

Spend time learning a new skill that excites you. Getting good at things you love can boost your self-esteem and make you feel more capable.

3. Surround Yourself with Supportive People

Build a network of friends, family, or colleagues who uplift and encourage you. Their positive reinforcement can help counteract self-doubt.
